• 1. Registration fee and course fee must be paid in full before starting lessons.
• 2. Payment methods accepted: Online (UPI, Cards, Wallets).
• 3. Courses are structured into modules; students must complete each module sequentially.
• 4. Course duration varies depending on selected package.
• 5. Students must attend scheduled lessons promptly;
• 6. Minimum 24-hour notice required for rescheduling; failure to do so incurs penalty.
• 7. UrbanTutor reserves right to cancel courses with full refund if necessary.
• 8. Student-initiated cancellations incur 50% course fee forfeiture.
• 9. Students must follow instructor guidance, respect peers and UrbanTutor property.
• 10. Misconduct may result in termination of lessons without refund.
• 11. UrbanTutor not liable for damages/injuries due to student negligence.
• 12. Students drive at their own risk; acknowledge disclaimer upon registration.
• 13. UrbanTutor collects personal data for registration and communication purposes only.
• 14. Data protected in accordance with privacy policies.
• 15. Terms governed by Indian laws
